RESERVATION INFORMATION: The room block is available until May 5, 2010
There is a room block with a $165 rate for single and double occupancy and $175 for triple and quad occupancy. To make reservations, call the Reservation Department at 1-800-PEABODY (Press 2) to make you reservation. To obtain the room rate, identify the group name (IHO Brooks/Foti, Lauren & Alex). After May 5, 2010, they will continue to accept reservations at the group rate based upon availability.

Cribs will be provided at no additional cost. All guest room rates are subject to applicable taxes and hotel services fees. Current taxes are 15.95% and the Hotel Services Fee (HSF) is $9.95 per room, per night. These prices are current but are subject to change. The HSF entitles all guests to wireless internet access in guest rooms, unlimited local phone and 800 number calls, complimentary use of the health club, morning newspaper, overnight shoe shine, and coffee and tea service in the lobby each morning at designated hours.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
The hotel check-in begins at 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Room assignments prior to standard check-in time and requests for late check-out are based upon availability and must be approved by the front desk.

PARKING
The current parking rate for registered guests is $16.00 per day and $21.00 for valet parking.

SMOKING POLICY
The Peabody is a smoke-free hotel. This includes all guest rooms and public space.
